During setup we populate an asset registry: models, install dates, expected life, firmware and software versions, and license dates. One-time effort, then it maintains itself.
Analyze
Deterministic rules plus our curated vendor-lifecycle reference compute age, % life used, remaining life, end-of-life and license status, and nuisance-alarm bad actors, reviewed each quarter by a 35-year expert.
Deliver
A color-coded dashboard and a weekly “act on these” digest to your team’s inbox and phone, with optional one-way work-order handoff to your CMMS.
